Michael Tremain

Michael TremainMichael is the Founder and President of BlueSky Ministries and JoePix. He's the daydreamer in the bunch with a vision for developing innovative ministries that encourage people to consider the freedom, wonder and adventure of having a personal relationship with God.

Prior to launching BlueSky in the summer of 2001, Michael spent two years as the founder and president of a innovative photography marketing solutions agency, also called JoePix, with a blue chip client list of Fortune 500 brands. The agency was successfully sold in the Summer of 2000 to the Photopoint Corporation which went out of business one year later leaving Michael with an opportunity to buy back the assets of JoePix to restart the agency as a photo evangelism ministry under the BlueSky umbrella. Earlier in his career, Michael served as director of new media for Hard Rock Cafe International where he was responsible for launching Hard Rock's Internet division. He also was an Imagineer for the Walt Disney Company for many years where he was able to blend his capacity for daydreaming and his gift for strategic planning to help develop new business concepts like Disney's America, Disney's Vacation Club, Disney's ESPN Sports Club and a number of other 'blue-sky' initiatives.  Currently Michael works as the President of Spraggings Builder’s Services in Orlando.

Michael has a degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a Masters in International Political Economy from The London School of Economics. He sits on the Board of Directors for Simulation Training Applications, Inc, and the Technology Board of Advisors for Campus Crusade for Christ International. With his wife Kristin, he enjoys life with two sons, Noah and Jake, and daughter Chapel, in Orlando, Florida. The family worships at Orangewood Presbyterian Church.
